60 minutes is great for an introduction to treatment or as routine maintenance, aiming to discover and recover your abilities and condition. Ensuring confidence in the healing process. Some people are more 'in-tune' to their bodies than others, and can react quicker to making new conscious movement, while others may need more practice and reminders before they feel comfortable and confident enough to be unassisted.

A 90min treatment for more detailed maintenance and/or chronic pain symptoms. 
90 minutes gives the body and mind more time to understand and ‘tune-in’ to what is required to start healing.

Learn professional techniques in a guided workshop for expecting couples, instructing the father how to massage the mother during pregnancy. Available to book for individual couples, and also up to 3 groups. 
•Ein Workshop für werdende Eltern, in dem der Vater lernt, die Mutter während der Schwangerschaft zu massieren. Es werden professionelle Massagetechniken für eine entspannte Schwangerschaft vermittelt. Buchbar für einzelne Paare, und auch für bis zu 3 Gruppen.

90 Minuten geben dem Körper und Geist mehr Zeit, zu verstehen und sich auf das einzustellen, was erforderlich ist, um mit der Heilung zu beginnen. Der Körper reagiert nicht schnell, wenn er unsicher oder geschützt ist. Um den Körper/Geist effektiv "neu zu starten", sollte das Konzept der Zeit keine Rolle spielen. Es erfordert Geduld, sich vollständig fallen zu lassen, den Körper auf die Massageliege sinken zu lassen und zu spüren, wie sich die Gewebeschichten langsam befreien. Patienten mit chronischen Schmerzen (und auch solche mit wenig oder keinem Schmerz) können enorm davon profitieren, einfach nur zu lernen, mehr Aufmerksamkeit auf ihre Atmung zu lenken.
